83 Pictures: In search of M. Printemps

I think it’s still too early. There are a few signs: the bright yellow new-growth of a willow peaks out through the dead-brown of last-year’s growth:

The bright red stems along the river’s edge:

The only bloom I can find is the snow drop in my backyard. This is another attempt to capture this flower. It is 9cms high, so you can imagine how I might have positioned myself to get this shot:
