Ingredients:
- 1-cup of sugar
- 1-tablespoon low-sugar pectin
- 2-cups fruit
- 1/4-teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4-teaspoon nutmeg
- 2-teaspoons lemon juice
Fruit can be fresh or frozen. I often use a mixture of fruits (e.g., strawberry, blueberry and banana)
Steps:
- Add sugar, pectin, fruit, cloves, nutmeg and lemon juice (in this order)
- Set bread maker to “Jam” and press start
- When complete, pure jam into a sterilized jar, let cool before putting in fridge
- Jam will keep 2-3 weeks
Makes about 1-1/2 cups
