Recipe: Turkey/Chicken Bread Stuffing



  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2-3 Onions
  • 3-4 stalks Celery
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 12 cups stale bread (diced)
  • 2-3 eggs


  1. Melt butter in frying pan; fry onions, celery and mushrooms
  2. Mix together fried vegitables, eggs, bread; if the mixture is loose and crumbly, add some more butter or eggs to bind it (should not be sloppy)
  3. Bake at 350 or stuff bird.
