Fresh Mountain-grown Potatoes

Light Painting #14: Vegetables
I combined together the potatoes with some Brussels Sprouts, a squash and a ceramic green pepper, which was made by my daughter many years ago when she was in grade school.  It could be an apple, but I’m pretty sure it is a green pepper. And, well, the potatoes were fresh last week when we got them. We did have some when they were fresh; I made a hash that combined the potatoes with onions and bacon.  And they aren’t really mountain-grown, they are from Waterloo and were grown by some friends who live on the lower edge of an incline, not quite a hill. But these are minor technical details.
