The Village of Thornhill it dotted with many parks: some are small and some are large. Maple Valley Park is among the larger. It is situated just north of German Mill Settlers Park. They both share German Mills Creek, which eventually empties into the Don River (East Branch) and subsequently in the what some might argue the greatest of the Great Lakes, Ontario.
