CBRN Level 1 at Yonge and Finch

CBRN means “Chemical Biological Radioactive Nuclear.” I presume they found one of these at Yonge and Finch.  The outcome was the last two stations on Toronto’s northbound subway were closed.  Shuttle buses transfered passengers to the stations.
