We arrived in Lima last night. After checking in we walked over to a nearby restaurant for what turned out to be a midnight dinner. Good food at reasonable prices. I had a sea bass stuffed with crab and shrimp for about $14CND.
I´ve run into some technical difficulties: my iPhone doesn´t seem to pick up the hotel´s WiFi, and the rooms themselves aren´t wired so I can´t set up my own local hotspot. I hope this is a local problem and not something I´ll bump into elsewhere.
Today is Flag Day in Peru, so that means a holiday and things are a little quite. We´ll be going on a city tour so I´m hopeful the traffic will be lighter than usual. The weather is pleasant, seems to be high teens/low 20´s. It´s a bit overcast.
