There’s an old saying in tech support: RFM (Read the Manual). May be I should have but on the other hand, it’s a printer. Why should it be so complicated that you have to read a manual. To put this in to context, I’ve had this printer for several years. Yesterday, it displayed the message below:
Where did this come from? It’s never done that before! May be it updated itself via its wireless network connection. Creepy.
