The “Sturm” That Never Was

For days in advance we had been warned. The storm of the year was approaching; 30 cms or more of snow [30 cms is enough to fret about?]  Meetings were deferred; people worked from home; schools cancelled. But in the end, not much.

Rick Mercer captured the hype.  A US news report chronicled the event as it materialized in Chicago. Much more impact than here.  One data point offered: 100 million people impacted.  Sounds frighteningly big.  Sounds like a US story, not a Canadian one.
