In January we flew down to Georgia to visit my brother and his wife in McCaysville.  North of Blueridge and south of Ducktown, McCaysville is the gateway to the Cherokee National Forest and cultural hub of North West Georgia; a destination offering high culinary arts, quintessential representations of period architecture and of course the Gateway.
