We received mail on Friday. The last day of home delivery.
Today is the first day to use our community mail box. I noted the installation of the community mailboxes in a posting in May.
A few weeks ago we were delivered an information kit, that included a set of keys. I felt frocked.
To commemorate the event I sent a letter. I’ve been holding back on sending it just for this day. The letter was a Répondez to an invitation I received to join Bill Downe for lunch in October. We’re colleagues you know.
On our first day we received 4 pieces of mail. One letter to me and 3 pieces of junk mail. Fortunately there is a bluebox next to the mailboxes. They think of everything.
