Before we reached Provincetown, we drove out along Race Point Road to the north coast, within the National Seashore.  From the Visitor Centre we were able to see a full panorama. The extent of the sand dunes was quite impressive.  

On our drive north to Provincetown we stopped off at Cape Cod National Seashore.  

The following day brought with it brighter weather.  What was impressive was how calm the seas remained. 

While the weather on the day of our arrival looked threatening, nothing came of it. 

Way stayed in South Yarmouth, on the south coast of the Cape.  It was just a two day stop over on our way to Knowlton Quebec. After arriving we walked along the shore until we reached a lane that took us to South Shore Drive and ultimately to Skipper Restaurant for an early dinner. The…
