A video documenting my attempt at making potato dumplings. The dumplings go by various names, but “green” dumplings seems to be the generic name. Green, I expect, comes from the use of both raw and cooked potatoes. Other names for these dumplings are Thüringer Dumplings or Sonneberger Dumplings.
