Jam

Ingredients:
  • 1-cup of sugar
  • 1-tablespoon low-sugar pectin
  • 2-cups fruit
  • 1/4-teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4-teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2-teaspoons lemon juice

Fruit can be fresh or frozen. I often use a mixture of fruits (e.g., strawberry, blueberry and banana)

Steps:
  1. Add sugar, pectin, fruit, cloves, nutmeg and lemon juice (in this order)
  2. Set bread maker to “Jam” and press start
  3. When complete, pure jam into a sterilized jar, let cool before putting in fridge
  4. Jam will keep 2-3 weeks

Makes about 1-1/2 cups
