Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 lb bones
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, halved, skin on
- 2 cloves garlic, skin on
- 1 tbsp apple cider
- Pepper corns to taste
- 1 tsp salt
- 8 cups water
- Herbs to taste
Steps:
INSTANT POT
- Sauté (or roast bones in oven) for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add all ingredients to Instant Pot
- Set to high pressure for 120 minutes
- Natural release pressure
- Strain broth
