Ingredients:
  • 2-1/2 lb bones
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, halved, skin on
  • 2 cloves garlic, skin on
  • 1 tbsp apple cider
  • Pepper corns to taste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 cups water
  • Herbs to taste
Steps:

INSTANT POT

  1. Sauté (or roast bones in oven) for 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Add all ingredients to Instant Pot
  3. Set to high pressure for 120 minutes
  4. Natural release pressure
  5. Strain broth
