Ingredients:
- 360g (3 cups) Dried Cranberries
- 720ml (3 cups) Cranberry Juice
- Zest from 1 Orange
- Juice from 1 Orange
- 15ml (1 tbsp) grated, fresh ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 apples, pealed, diced
Optional / to taste
- 30g (1/4 cup) brown sugar (to taste)
- Lemon Juice (to taste, optional)
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Orange Liquor (optional)
Steps (Instant Pot):
- Add all ingredients except sugar and lemon juice into Instant Pot
- Set to Manual, High Pressure for 12 minutes
- When done, natural release for 5 minutes then full release.
- Add sugar and lemon juice (optional) to taste
