Honey Oat Wheat Bread

  • 1-cup warm water
  • 1/4-cup warm milk
  • 1/2-cup softened butter
  • 1/4-cup honey
  • 1/2-cups oats
  • 3-cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2-teaspoon sea salt
  • 1-tablespoon yeast

Note: I mix the water, milk, butter, honey together and then make sure the temperature is between 75-85F.

  1. Add liquid ingredients to bread machine
  2. Add oats, salt, flour to machine
  3. With your finger, make a little hole in the flour and add the yeast
  4. Turn on and program the bread machine to: 1.5lb loaf, and the wheat bread setting (3 hours, 40 mins)
