Ingredients:
- 1-cup warm water
- 1/4-cup warm milk
- 1/2-cup softened butter
- 1/4-cup honey
- 1/2-cups oats
- 3-cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2-teaspoon sea salt
- 1-tablespoon yeast
Note: I mix the water, milk, butter, honey together and then make sure the temperature is between 75-85F.
Steps:
- Add liquid ingredients to bread machine
- Add oats, salt, flour to machine
- With your finger, make a little hole in the flour and add the yeast
- Turn on and program the bread machine to: 1.5lb loaf, and the wheat bread setting (3 hours, 40 mins)
