- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tbls Allspice
- 4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 cups water / mix with red wine
Steps:
INSTANT POT
- Sauté meat for 4 minutes on each side
- Add everything to the Instant Pot
- Cook 45 min high pressure in instant pot
- thicken sauce with flour
