Oxtail Stew

Ingredients:

• 4 lb of any / all beef neck (bones), ox tail, osso buco, stewing beef …
• shitaki mushrooms
• 2 onion chopped
• 4 green onions chopped
• 2 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme  / dried thyme
• 2 Tablespoon bouillon powder or cube (optional)
• 2 teaspoon curry or more adjust to preference
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 tbls Allspice
• 4 teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 small can tomato paste
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 cups water / mix with red wine

Steps:

INSTANT POT

1. Sauté meat for 4 minutes on each side
2. Add everything to the Instant Pot
3. Cook 45 min high pressure in instant pot
4. thicken sauce with flour
