Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen fruit (e.g., mango, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup sugar
- about 3/4 half-and-half cream
- Lemon juice, vanilla extract, cointreau, optional
Steps:
- Add frozen fruit, cream, sugar and optional ingredients to food processor / blender
- Blend until smooth, adding more cream if necessary
