Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken / turkey
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 small green pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp chopped pimiento
Steps:
- Heat butter in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat
- Add green pepper and cook until tender
- Add the soup and milk, stir until blended
- Add Chicken/turkey, pimientos and pepper, cook until bubbling hot
