Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• Beef Fat (or oil)

Steps:

1. Mix ingredients together until just smooth
2. Let stand about 1/2 hour
3. If preparing with beef, then pour some beef fat into baking dish
4. Preheat baking dish in oven at 425 until fat hot
5. Pour into heated baking dish; cook for 35-45 minutes or until brown

This is served best with Roast Beef
