Some time ago I lamented not having a boat picture, observing that all the real photographers I know have taken at least one. While in the end I was able to find one, it was really only a stop-gap.
On this trip, as we were spending most of our time on or near Lake Erie, I had full expectations of getting some really great boat shots. But no luck. In shear frustration, I decided I would take ugly-boat shots.
