Gate C34

We’ve arrived at the airport, are through security and waiting at the gate to board.
As we are travelling with my 89 year old mother-in-law we chartered a cart to transport us to the gate. As this is a long international flight a larger plane has been assigned and given the hub and spoke architecture of the airport such large planes find it easier to dock at the outer most gates. This means the gate is a long walk. But no problem we got a ride. The cart can carry four people and has a flashing light. No siren however. I knew we were in for quite a ride when the driver put on a helmet and goggles 😉
Now we wait to board.
