As the end of the year approaches so comes the time to review things. One thing I will do is go through my library of photographs. While the specific number of images (almost 78,000 since 2006) is a bit misleading, the point is there is a representative number; a statistician may refer to it as statistically significant. Some of the outcomes of the review are:
- A sense of the level of progress or refinement in the skill
- a change of view on good and bad shots over the years
- surprise: was that shot taken so many years ago?
