I’ve been downsized. It was confirmed recently when I went shopping for some new cloths. My portly girth measuring 42 inches in 2002 can now fit with room to spare into a 36.
What’s my secrete (eh, there’s always a secrete to these things, that’s why not everyone can do it so easily. After all it only took me 5 years of going to the gym every weekday): golf. I needed to get fit to play.
