Disconnect

The Economist reports [1] that Vancouver is the most livable city in the world, with Toronto coming in fifth place.

The disconnect for me was that Tehran was on the list (of the bottom 10), but Baghdad was not. The full report is available at a nominal charge of $200 US. I guess I won’t find out why.
