One Microsoft Way

Tuesday I left for Seattle and spent until Friday commuting between the Willows Lodge and the Microsoft Executive Briefing Centre located at 1 Microsoft Way.

While most of the time was spent in day-long sessions, in the evening we were treated to some fine food. Wednesday evening we had dinner at the Barking Frog, and Thursday at the Herbfarm Restaurant. The menu from Herbfarm is shown below as are each of the dishes. Quite spectacular. So much for diets.

Roosevelt Elk with Potato-leek Fondue, Black Trumpet Mushrooms, and Oregon-Black-Truffle-studded Anderson Ranch Lamb Loin
Monteillet Sauveterre Sheep’s Cheese with Glazed Chestnuts and flat bread
Wild Huckleberry and Elderberry Semifreddo Enrobed in Chocolate with White Chocolate-brioche bread pudding
