Jurassic Park

The whole sense of this place, Western Brook Pond, left me with a sense of prehistoric times.  It was fortunate that the day was cloudy and foggy, as that added to the mystery.   However, to capture the sense that was in my minds eye required a fair amount of post-processing, including: conversion to black and white (to remove the distraction of colour, enhance the texture, and encourage the sense of (old) times) and adjusting contrast (to strengthen the mist).
