Graffiti Alley #2

I decided on a high-contrast style to capture the feel and personality of the place, and the many contradictions I sensed. The idea of sanctioned graffiti, as public art, seemed to benefit both the creator / artist and the alley. But in my mind there are more things this installation says about the city.
