Different Positions

Here I swing the lens into three different positions so one can see the difference.

1 – Swing Left

3 – Swing Right
Three different positions of the lens show the impact. The first (Swing left) shows the plan of focus cutting diagonally across the back of the horse. The second (neutral) position shows a “normal” rectangular depth of field that covers most of the horse front to back fairly well. The third (swing right) shows a plane of focus angled with the diagonal of the horse providing better focus than in the neutral position.
