Smoke Lake
It’s easy to think of Spring and Fall as transition seasons between the Winter and the Summer. The flush of Fall lies in opposition to the colourless Winter. I took this shot at 8:44 AM while the mist remained on he lake. I used a tripod. The image was processed with Silver Efex.

Early Fall Colours
Over the weekend I was able to walk around the neighbourhood and was able to capture some of the beginnings of fall. The Sumach is one of the first to change and they present a brilliant red show.
