I attended the opening night of Bodas de Sangre running at the Palmerston Theatre (May – June 2009). In this scene the maid is helping the bride-to-be get dressed.

Attending the play offered an opportunity to take some stage shots. After the first few shots I found I was able to shoot at f/1.4 and drop the ISO down to 200. The stage was far enough away (about 10 meters) so that depth of field was not much of an issue.
I chose this composition because of the classical triangular lines, both in the shape of the actors and the angles of their lines of sight.
